Theresa provides exceptional realtor expertise and then some. Theresa was an absolute rock star!! We had our minds made up that we wanted to get into a new build in 12 oaks, even though inventory was low and chances were slim. That’s where Theresa came in. After she aligned with our vision she used the deep resources she had and within a couple months we were meeting with the builder and signing paperwork! But it doesn’t stop there. Theresa remains with you through the entire process. She was able to get last minute inspections secured after the builder made late date changes. She is present at all walk throughs and brings a meticulous attention to detail. She caught things we would have surely overlooked. Words can’t express the incredible & amazing work, Theresa Lunt did helping us sell our home. But I will try.
